- Rick Vernon Added February 11, 2022★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Sooty guys but the experience was terrible - on Saturday morning I ordered online two tables - while ordering I had to ask for a delivery estimate. However because I live on Magnetic Island they don’t offer delivery and was told I had to ring a Brisbane phone number. Which I did but it went to message bank where I was told someone would ring me back soon. Nobody did so on Monday afternoon I rang again and was told I had to ring the Townsville office and after about half an hour of explaining what I needed my order was processed and I still have to organise my own delivery. Whatever happened to service? It’s obviously gone out the window.

Sale on Christmas decorations, perfect service I bought extras. - James Hunter Added January 29, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★I think I searched almost every furnature retailer with a website in the country for someone to supply the range of chairs we wanted for our restaurant , every supplier I looked at fell short on delivery cost, range, & availability! I don’t know why I missed Eureka Street Furniture but when I eventually looked on their site I found that they had all the options in the range of furniture we were looking for, the prices were very fair, delivery cost were extremely lower than others, delivery was prompt but best of all was the over the phone service we received from the staff! Thank you Lisa for your great service, thank you Eureka Street Furniture for our new restaurant chairs, we could not be happier :)
